SOS AT THE SILVER RIVER. The Paraná Delta, a labyrinth of waterways, is situated on the eastern coast of Argentina, about 30 kilometres north of Buenos Aires. This report follows the charismatic skipper "Chiqui" on a tour through the Delta. For many years, the region was home to artists, downshifters and solitary people.
