Monk, Natalie a kapitán Stottlemeyer hľadajú na rockovom festivale Stottlemeyerovho syna Jareda, ktorý bez jeho vedomia vymenil školu za koncerty. Znenazdajky je tu nájdený mŕtvy jeden z rockových muzikantov - Stork. Vyzerá to na predávkovanie drogou, ale Storkova priateľka Kendra tvrdí, že už drogy nebral a navyše mal panický strach z ihiel. Monk zistí, že Stork bol skutočne zavraždený a že nešlo o drogy, ale o autorstvo piesne "Peggy is Gone to Memphis", ktorú Storkovi niekto ukradol.(TV Doma)
