Tím hľadá bývalého námorníka špeciálnej jednotky, ktorý utiekol z väzenia. Bol obvinený z dvojnásobnej vraždy jeho manželky a jej údajného milenca. Nikdy sa však k vražde nepriznal a obhajoval svoju nevinu. Teraz sa na slobode snaží nájsť skutočného vraha a pomstiť sa. Najskôr kontaktuje svojho syna, ktorého dokonca strážia ľudia z NCIS. Proti jeho tréningu sú však bez šance. Opäť sa mu podarí ujsť. Gibbsov tím ho musí nájsť skôr ako svoju pomstu vykoná.(TV Markíza)
