Muž cestou autom telefonuje s manželkou. Hádajú sa kvôli výročiu. Manželka mu vynadá do telefónu, avšak v tom po ňom niekto vystrelí a muž sa aj s autom zrúti do priekopy. Ducky zistí, že námorníka nezabil výstrel, ale žil ešte po tom ako sa zrútil do údolia. Meno mŕtveho je podporučík Jerry Smith. Tím neskôr zistí, že na skle je niečo napísané krvou. Keď idú oznámiť poručíkovmu veliteľovi, čo sa stalo, povie im, že sa asi mýlia a ukáže na chlapa, ktorý stál vedľa v kancelárii, že to je Smith!(TV Markíza)
